Returns
Bamblu will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the invoice date. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, you will not be able to return the merchandise.
The following items are deemed FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Monogrammed items
- Custom designed items
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Bamblu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable will be discarded. Bamblu will not send these item(s) back.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at customerservice@bamblusleep.com within 7 days of receiving your order. All warranty claims are barred if the merchandise was subjected to misuse or improper care. If Bamblu determines that any returned merchandise is not defective, the item will not be sent back to you and will be considered a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is also advised that you send the tracking information to customerservice@bamblusleep.com when the shipment is in transit.
